Is the BAA really included on every plan?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every organization we work with, including Starter. Our standard agreement is ready to sign on every plan; if you need edits, minor redlines are available on Premium and custom terms on Enterprise.
What counts as an action?
An action is any interaction we record: a pageview, a custom event you define (a form submit, appointment request, or click), a download, an outlink, or a site search.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Reach out to our team and we'll handle the change. Depending on your contract, an upgrade or downgrade takes effect the following month or at the end of your current term.
